just to make sure, the s-line refers to the back silhouette, right ?
if so, then i do have it, and i think it's due to long-distance running because training for that really tones up the lower body

what is an S-line? your body outline from the front/back view or is it the body outline from the side view?? sorry if this sounds stupid but im actually kind of confused by this terminology.

um either way, it's just your body type. you can work out (especially your core) and your body will eventually slim itself down in that particular area..(I'm guess the bend in the "S" from either view is due to the waist area being slim?) but ultimately how it looks will depend on your body type.

^ Agreed. It all depends if your body can maintain the line or not, it's not like if you want it you will have it. I don't even know how you can get a S-line, I thought if you have it then you have it, if you don't then you don't.

an S-line is the profile view of the body. you are 15 so you are still developing. again its all body shape and type. you can have an S-line and look amazing from the profile but be wide and chubby from the front and back view. an S-line isnt everything. pressing in your waist? so you can sucking in your waist? why not just exercise and work out and slim down your waist? so basically its all genetics. the curves in the S is the breasts and the butt. if you do not have genes for larger breasts or butt then you wont have an S-line ever. there arent really techniques to have an S-line. you can fake it in pictures though.

become really skinny so you have a small waist, then get butt and breast implants. voila!

a more practical method is to do ab and butt exercises ^^ i'm sure magazines have tons of those. honesly though asian figures dont really completely mature until 18 & after, so just be patient.

people told me that i have a nice "s-line" since middle school O_O
so i guess i naturally had/have one and idk how you "develop" one,,
and like others said,, you're still developing.
the s-line is basically a slight arch in your back and
the butt and chest just accentuates(?) it. lol,,
just waiit,, it'll happen :]

14 year-old girls don't need s-lines.
...unless you aspire to be jailbait.

It is genetical. You either have it or you don't. Or, you can wait until you are 18 and do like Cher and get lots of plastic surgery. Plastic surgeons will remove your lower ribs to define a waist an put implants in your breasts and butt.

1) You're still growing, wait until after the teenage years to worry about it.
2) You're lucky if you have it in your genes, if not, it's pretty much impossible if you want it naturally.
3) Push up bra, or padded underwear.
4) Plastic surgery; boob job or for the butt, either way I don't recommend it obviously.

And for the waist you should work out, get a good diet and keep your body lean. My friend got major curves from twisting side to side for 15 minutes a day, but I don't know if that works for everyone.

For the back, do butt exercises, squats, lunges, etc. I'm pretty sure teen magazines have a lot of the exercises you can do, they even have a guide.

i really dont see that as a S-line. that method gives you the hourglass look or what i call the X-line. a corset wont give someone a S-line.

I'm going to say the same as Bang Shilee said when she was on Gag Concert a few years ago.

*I have a Double s line.*

tongue.gif

just about everyone has one--some are bigger esses, and others are smaller, but they're there. (edit: some of the guys have nicer ones than many girls.)

Wow. I learned two things today.
X-line, and S-line.

Thank you soompi for so many learnings ;D

Err, I have an S-line, if you mean by the profile, kinda small, but the "upper" part of the "S" is too small. lolz;;

I need good bras. dry.gif;
I have internet connection problems.

And no, I don't have a 411...yet.
