Trying To Love Anime Again Help?^^

I lost my interest in anime because I haven't find any good animes lately.

Can anyone help me like list the names of anime that has to do with,

1. Main Character is a girl
2. Some locations has to do with high school (it doesn't always need to be)
3. It has to be at least funny!
4. Chick flicks are okay.
5. It could be action as well, but mostly funny ^^
6. I like new animes most, old animes are okay too I guess, but NOT TOO OLD!

FOR EXAMPLE: I'm currently watching SKIP BEAT! I love that anime, it's soo funny!! XDDDDDDD

Which, I suppose one of the main characters is a girl. And there really are only going to be girls as you continue to progress.

I'm deeply amused by Toradora! at the moment. I do recommend it to you.

Ouran High School Host Club is very popular and well liked.
Mai HiMe, Mai Otome series is a series I very much like as well and I do recommend this to you.
Lovely Complex is also well known and liked by many and fits the criteria of romantic comedy.
Wallflower/Perfect Girl Evolution is just plain funny to me. I love it also.

Oh I can not ever forget about Ouran High School Host Club.
Forgot to mention I watched it all, it was soo sweet, so cute, so romantic, so funny T__T;
especially tamaki and his puppy face haha! i wonder if number 2 came out? o_O the 2nd season one?

Haruhi Suzumiya (never watched it before but it looks like a humorous school anime)

try Dennō Coil,just like u few years ago I completely lost inters in anime (I always were a casual watch ) but this anime did it for me.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya: my fav. anime to date (alongside Sailor Moon whooo!!!!)

Ouran High School Host Club: trust me .. you`ll love it, hilariously funny

Lovely Complex: cute, and funny, very enjoyable

Well if you're looking for romance stuff...
a) Vampire Knight =) Altho there's a lot of angst in it... >_> but there is awkward comedy too lol

Lovely Complex... totally cute ^^
c) Ouran HSHC... think this is usually the top recommendation on people's list so try it!
d) Special A (although I LOVED Ouran more, Special A has a more concrete storyline)
e) School Rumble ... no real comment, it's just more like a ball of fun and laughs =P

And if you're into more action stuff...
a) The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya... not my cup of tea, but it's VERY popular and a lot of people love it ^^

I recently watched: The Girl Who Leapt Through Time

It was really good. It has everything you listed and even more! It's about an ordinary high school girl who one day slips up on an object that looks like a bean. It gives her the ability to leap back and forth through time.

Can't think of anymore that haven't already been listed right now. I mainly watch shounen jump animes.
