I always eat a big bowl of kimchi soup<3!
And I drink lots of tea and orange juice.
I also heard you shouldn't stay too long in the bath

How do you keep from getting sick?

And if you do get sick what do you do to get better?

i havent been sick in a while. i m fairly healthy in my opinion and thats the most important thing. if you treat your body well then your immune system will be strong enough to ward off any foreign objects that will cause you to get sick. exercise also helps to strengthen the immune system. i sleep more when i m sick.

I just have lots of rests, sleeps, and waters when I'm sick.

In order to avoid colds, I heard you need to wash your hands and feet oftenly.

Get lots o sleep, and heres a personal one: train hard=] lolz
- what i do to keep myself from being sick is, getting good amount of sleep (everybody needs different hours of sleep)
--> FACT: Einstein needed about 10hours of sleep and Napoleon needed only 6 hours lolz =]
- also dressing appropriately and eating properly as usual

when i get sick i just sleep it off and really relax and eat congee and drink lots o OJ and H2O <33 and of course train =]

yee i just had midterms too lol (finished all of em)
usually stress causes sickness too apparently, from what ive seen
when studying, its good to take a break and exercise to get the blood flowing you know, and dont get distracted from studying too much that you would neglect your body lol
ultimately just take a break once in awhile and relax
when i mean break --> do something else and dont just sit around and do nothing lol

dress properly don't go outside in the cold with a t-shirt and shorts... Wear scarves multiple layers of jackets/sweaters or what not. and if you have to tuck in your clothing so your keep the air trapped inside, and try not to warm yourself with hot water it makes it worse

Anything with Vitamin C, good for the immune system.
when excercising don't wear jackets/jumpers, you'll overheat and get sick. Even if it's super cold.

Vit C!
It works like a charm, whenever I feel my throat itching,
I'll just take in a tablet and it goes away.

- Keep your shoulders and ankles warm and dry - in fact anywhere you have a pulse point.

I used to get sick once it was cold and raining. I loved wearing long jeans and no genius needed to figure that the jeans soaked and were damp against my ankles. Fell sick very often because of that.

In about a year's time I stopped getting sick from about 4-5 times during winter to literally none apart from a few minor sniffles (nothing big at all or contagious).

It was mainly because I stopped wearing those long jeans and started to wear my hoodies once it was raining. Even if it was raining, I still wouldn't get sick - idk why - maybe because I grew stronger.

Last but not least, sounds silly, but stay away from someone who is sick. Do NOT keep in close contact with them unless you really need to, and if you do, try not to breathe in their breath. This is the same when you walk along a street and see someone with a flaming red nose, coughs or blows their nose - hold your breath and only start breathing once you are sure the germs are no longer in the air.

:3 its good advice,
What type of vitamin C supplements do you recommend tracycutie?
I heard massages are good to, to get the blood flowing
I'm currently looking for a sick people mask,
but it's hard to find in America.

they keep your breath warm
and help to stop transmitting germs to other people!
Also I heard that if you wear it while you sleep
it keeps your throat from drying out.
