Anyone know what it means when a person have a dream about a baby?
The baby was with me, and was crying when I was carrying it. (couldn't tell what the gender was)
Then when my sister too the baby, the baby cried.
And I just laid down afterwards.

So I wonder what it means.
If anyone knows, please do let me know.

Recently, someone that I have something with told me that he wanted to finish inside me, and then he jokes about me cutting off his manhood. Then a few days ago, heh's like you better not get pregnant.
So I wonder if that even goes along with the dream.
I think about that dream whenever i pass by baby clothes or whenever I'm with him.

Rant over. Now, your dream issues. Most people believe that dreams are your brain reoganising all the crap you've seen and heard everyday. This is not merely recollection of what happened today, but your brain subconsciously shifting memories backwards and forwards, slotting them into appropriate places etc. It sounds a little goofy because I'm summarising a 'theory'. But the gist of it is that.

This is my interpretation of your dream. You had talks with your boyfriend, so your brain obviously picked up on the baby topic. On top of that you might be worrying about something you care about. This is because you're carrying the child in your dream, and you're looking out for it - but just as you can't calm the baby, you can't resolve whatever important 'thing' you have to take care of. All in all, you might be a little stressed out about something important in your life. You've asked your sister/family for help and even they don't understand what the problem is or how to help you. Perhaps you laying it down is just affirmation that you're a little tired with all the things happening in your life?

That's quite a literal interpretation, and I'm sure dream-readers will be ripping their hair out - but screw them lol.

I don't think its something to worry about. Because most of the time it means nothing, just your brain organizing or doing whatever brains do during sleep.

But a while ago my cousins mom told him that she dream about her and another cousin picking out baby clothes and looking at them. When I heard this I said someone of my relatives is going to have a baby. Guess what I was correct or so at least because I asked him about having a kid and he said maybe its coming.

I had a friend that had a dream about a baby too and turns out she was pregnant. Hah. What are the odds?

um... personally I think the individual details of a dream are trivial and are simply a result from the information that's been collected during the day and reprocessed in your mind while you sleep (I took a psych course on dreams, so of course that makes me an authority on the subject--not). What's important to ME is the overall mood or tone of the dream. It lets me know how I'm feeling "on the inside"--whether it's anxiety, fear, nostalgia... whatever. So, what's important isn't that you had a dream about a baby, but that you immediately associated a crying, unhappy baby with this guy you're seeing. I'd say you're probably unhappy with this relationship you have with the guy and want to know where it's going. You're troubled that you can't make this baby stop crying, but your sister can. Perhaps you think your sister has a healthier romantic relationship than you do and is more suited to being a parent and having that responsibility.

recently, i had a dream about my tooth falling out. i told my coworker, and she told me that any dreams about teeth falling and babies mean a death in the immediate family. well, according to korean beliefs. but, honestly... i dont believe in that stuff AT ALL, and jack shhht happened, so i wouldnt think about it much. dreams and just dreams, no matter how you put it.

I too have been having baby dreams lately as well.

In one of those dreams, I have a two year old son and he and I had traveled to his father's country so that I could hand custody of him over to his father. Things went as planned but the pain of separation was unbearable. This dream felt so real that when I had woken up from it, I had tears streaming down my face. In another dream, I see a close friend holding an infant in his arms and he seemed happy and content. I've also had dreams in which I was bitten by a snake-- in one, I was bitten on my ankle and in another I was bitten on my stomach. In my culture, to dream of snakes means that you are or will become pregnant.

If you two aren't ready for the consequences (or if he's not ready), you two probably shouldn't be having sex. Moreover, it clouds your judgment as to whether he's the right guy for you or not.

when i had that dream.. it felt real as well..
like when i woke up.. it felt like i needed to catch my breath..

and then a few days ago.. i had a dream that my cousin was pregnant.. which was weird.. but that dream didn't feel real.. but i was able to see the concerned look on her face when she was being told of her pregnancy.. and her sister walking her out of the room..

i'm not really sure of it's meaning but when i woke up it got me wondering. =/

i stopped thinking much about the dream but when i had the dream about my cousin.. it made me remember about my dream.
