Shutter Speed, Aperture, And Iso! >< PLEASE HELP

I have the Sony DSC-W100:

And I've been trying to change the ISO, aperture, and shutter speed but I just can't figure out how. Anyone know?

Make sure you are not in Auto Mode.
If you want control you need to be in Manual.

Also- Point and Shoot Cameras tend to have a poorer image the higher your ISO is *Actually this is for any camera*
