It seems to me that GNC sells a bunch of protein powder where they guarantee you to gain
lean muscle fast and also sell a bunch of other health related items. (some are study-proven)
Anybody knows if these work?
Some people told me if you take too much protein powders, youll get saggy ass skin when youre older.
Secondly, I bought two herb teas for $11 each yesterday.
One to get clear skin (bright and natural skin) and one to get smart (better memory and focus)
how well do these products work?

lolz wtf
personally i dont use that "stuff"
your body is fine without the protein powder for sure because you have real FOOD
the only reason i would ever consider using that stuff:
1) when im too busy to prepare food for the time being
2) im just too baller and gotta buy some protein you know
3) buy it and sell it for higher price
--> you dont need this really lol
my rule of thumb is
1) good routine
2) good diet/nutrition
3) then i might consider protein powders if i really need it

Herpes herpes, bo-berpes, banana, fana fo-ferpes -- her-pes.

Protein shakes work well combined with a solid diet. You really don't need it,
it's just good cuz it's convenient and often after you workout you might have a class
or have something to do etc. I have no idea about the teas. Best brands of protein are non-GNC lol.
If you do your research you'll see. Most of those salespeople really know nothing. You may
gain muscle "fast" if you've just began working out but they'll soon go away and muscle
gain will come slow once you're more experienced.
