So Busy That Can't Find Time To Work Out how to stay fit?

I have a question for you all.
I've been working out regularly to stay fit.
However, spring semester has started this week and my schedule for this semester is pretty crazy.
Here's a glimpse at my schedule:
M-W
morning class: 8-915
work: 10-5:30
evening class: 7-9:45
Tu-Th
morning class: none
work: 10-2
evening class: 4-9:45
i have friday (no school but work yes), sat and sunday off. but those times i reserve them for homework and stuff.
i guess i could still work out on sat and sun, but i still feel like it isn't enough as i'm used to working out almost everyday during the break.
as for my job, im working at a clinical office and most of the time, i sit my ass down to do work, and same for school and home when i do hw; i'm not sure if it just the psychological thing but i already feel like i'm gaining fat on my thighs.
so i'm wondering, how or what should i do to not gain weight?
appreciate your inputs!

training doesnt mean it takes a huge chunk of time
it can be varied to like 30mins - 1hour to see improvements
then just do some more if you feel like you can spare some more energy
and of course watch what your eating
Herpes herpes, bo-berpes, banana, fana fo-ferpes -- her-pes.
Ow!
Hey: that spot on Gorbachev's head -- herpes, trust me!
Anybody here have herpes? Huh? Huh?
[No one answers]
You people are the worst audience I've ever seen.}

school + work = ouch
what im doing this semester is i took a one credit physical conditioning class so between classes and work, i have time to gain an elective
and get myself in shape.
try doing that.

Basically it's a question of whether or not you're motivated enough to get up early. I'm sure you could do it if you really wanted to. Plus, working out in the morning (I'm sure you know) will energize you for the rest of the day so morning class won't be so impossible.

Modify your diet to reflect your decrease in physical activity ~ make time to workout.
Those that "don't have time" - will never have time.
Make time ~ even with 15 hours of school work a day I've managed to log 10-12 hours of gym time a week. What you also need to work on is time management, organizing your schedule effectively and being more efficient at accomplishing your goals.
I'll break it down more later ...

I noticed that you're earliest class is at 8.
I'm going to assume you wake up at 730
So why not wake up at 630, grab some shorts and a tee
take a quick bite of food (cliff bar or some fruit and yogurt)
stretch for 10 min
run for 30 min
and stretch again for 10min
That puts you at 720
which gives yuor more than enough time (:
It's probably annoying and tiring but heck, if you really want to work out you'll find time!
Plus it's healthier to work out in the morning rather than the night (I work out from 10-12 at night)
Plus it'll also make you more awake and attentive for your morning classes
editt//
you don't even need a gym.
it takes time to drive there
don't waste time
just run (: and get fresh air
& blackberry phone thread.

recently my friend told me to buy a jump rope, and just jump for ~5 mins whenever i get bored of what i'm doing in the 2-3 waking hours i spend at my apt. it's not ideal but it's better than nothing and i still make a point to run hard on friday/saturday/sunday.
... if you were thinking weight training, this probably won't help you xD;

I'm on her bandwagon. You don't need a gym to workout if that is what is eating in your time!

It's true .. you don't. Atleast go jogging or something. You get fresh air and scenery. I'd rather do that than stay in some musty gym.
If you're tired in the morning when you wake up .. I hear that exercising really wakes you up.
You can work out Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday. Taking 1 hour of your time to go jogging isn't going to set you back that much. I'm sure you spend at least 1 hour not studying during weekends. It might even help you focus more if you go for a run before you study.

my morning class on M & W starts at 8, but i usually wake up at 6 to shower and to drive there, by the time i get to school it's around 7:40ish. and for Tu & Th, i wake up at 8 because the night before, i have class until 9:45, by the time I get home, it's around 10:15, wash up, relax for about 15 mins and do hw. so i don't go to sleep until late. that's the reason why i wake up at 8 so that i could get a lil more sleep time.
i know it all comes down to motivation, but with this hectic schedule, i don't know if i could keep it with it.
i know i can probably get started but whether or not i can keep doing it is the problem.
the closest 24hr to my house is about 7-10 mins of driving. and to those who say that i don't need to go to the gym, i've thought about that too, but because i live in a duplex (upstair) type of apartment, so i can't anything any but pretty much stretching. and my neighborhood is pretty ghetto, i cant do anything like jogging around the neighborhood for safety reasons.
but yeah, u're all right, i guess i need to manage my time better.

Check out the P90 ( the beginner workout thread with linked videos and downloads ) along with included is the P90X video ~ as long as you are serious about maintaining the quality of your life then you should take a gander at what is available as cardio and resistance training within the confines of your home.
7-10 minutes isn't very long. If you condense your training into 30-40 min for a gym session ~ keeping rest times down to 10-15 seconds between sets if you do any resistance training, and switch to sprinter style cardio you can retool any gym training to accomodate your schedule effectively -- but this last paragraph is just a side opinion on your response to how far your 24hr fitness was.
SAFETY FIRST! ~ So you mean in broad daylight at 2pm its dangerous around your neighborhood? Where is this?!

^^actually, it isn't a dangerous neighborhood but it's not the type for you to take advantage of for jogging and exericsing. in addition, it's predominately Hispanics, and i don't mean to sound racist or offensive, but there are always guys hanging around the neighborhood and i don't want to be looked at while im jogging.
and i'm alsmost never home during the afternoon, i'd leave the house wayy earlier in the morning and come back home around 10 or later.
but yeah, i should look into those exericise videos and do something productive at home.

Ugh I know all too well what you mean. I'd never go jogging around my neighborhood especially at night. My brother has been doing some exercise stuff at home though as well as my mom. They just use the tv and exercise in the livingroom. Lol. Get a jump rope or something.

Bring dumbells to work, while working, once in a while, work on those biceps
Get the Thigh Masters, so that you can work on your thighs while doing your desk job.
Always use the stairs, don't use the elevators,
during your work break, you can workout by climbing up and down the stairs till your heart content.
