Thought I start a thread for a new Japanese drama that started on 24th January 2009

Synopsis

Haruse Kiina is the head of a special investigation unit within nicknamed "Beppan" which deals with perplexing cases. She draws on her exceptional memory and powers of observation to solve mysterious cases involving romantic love and family love, and gets so absorbed in the pursuit of these cases that she forgets to eat or sleep til she solves the mystery.

I've been getting a bit bored of love dovey romancy stuff and saw that this was listed as a mystery and so I got interested.

The first ep I thought was interesting, informative and also with some comedic elements!.

yea kinna is a good drama.
but seems like not many people watching it?
like Hiraoka Yuta's act in that drama. looking forward for episode 4 ^x^
it gets more and more intersting.

Kiina is not getting much attention. Well I like the drama, it's one of the better comedy/mystery this season. VOICE is a bit bland and TRIANGLE is a bit too confusing!

I like this drama a lot. This set of Jdramas is pretty bland though... last year's spring dramas were pretty good.

I think the second episode was the best. This drama is a bit reminiscent of Galileo, but the ending of episode 2 saved it.

Kanno Miho's voice sometimes gets a bit annoying though. But it's a fun character overall.

For some reason the shows comes off as a female version of Galileo. Has that occurred to anyone else?

it is entertaining, but quite easy to guess the outcome. a little bit similar to Galileo in a less "genius" way...but photographic memory is like a trend nowadays

I really do enjoy this jdrama because the cases are pretty interesting and how she uses her exceptional memory to solve them, i wish the episodes could come faster.......my fav guy is the Chief, it would be awesome if he n kiina later get together though they seem like total opposites but his mysteriousness is somewhat appealin to me...that newbie seems kinda a little teenage boy personality

i've watched this drama already, it's really interesting

on a diffrent note, her taste in man is kinda unexpected...

i remembered watching this series, it was really funny and entertaining
i was so immersed in it but there are scenes that are quite boring
but it is still fun to watch
