HI! well i'm planning to get a new phone and the new lg ice cream caught my eye
is it worth getting it?
and could anyone tell me what kind of feats. it comes with?

please and thank you!

if not please suggest a phone
i'm with t-mobile
cost? i don't think that really matters
my dad is getting it for me

i have one, and i was verrry iffy about getting it at first..
especially after reading a ton of bad reports about it getting hanged, etc.

honestly i don't think it's worth the over $200 or so...
BUT once you have it you won't want to get rid of it!

i moved from a smart phone to this phone,
so it's a more simpler phone..

so if simple & cute is what you're looking for,
this is the phone for you!

the plus's on this phone are...
LED on the cover (you can edit the emotions, pictures, words, etc)
radio!
3.0 MP camera i believe
korean > english, english > korean
..there should be more but that's all i can think of

Do any of you guys who have the LG Ice Cream live in Canada?
I'm searching on Ebay (ebay.ca) for the LG Ice Cream but I can't find any good deals. They're all over $300 with shipping and I don't know if I'm willing to spend that much for it...
I went on Ebay.com and the prices are around $200-$250 but converting that to Canadian dollars comes to $300 anyways. >_<''

i was thinking the same thing.

i have a nokia n95 at the moment and wanted to get the icecream one but when i looked at the specs. i would be downgrading. the specs aren't that up to date. the only reason i would get it is cos its cute and has smiley faces lol.

u can get better phones for that price but depends if u want function vs visual asthetics.

if ur looking for new phones of 2009, check the thread for it on page 1. some new stylish phones from LG , nokia and sony ericson.

I've lusted after this phone for months now, but I wouldn't buy it. And to answer your question, no, it probably isn't worth it. I have done a lot of research on this phone and have not heard a single redeeming quality about this phone besides its "cute" appearance. Plus, there seem to be many software problems for those who use unlocked versions in other countries
