What food haven't you tried but really want to try?

I haven't tried eating caviar and I would love to try it.

I also want to try Fugu but I'm afraid, with my luck, I'd die from eating it.

never tried real japanese soba, would love to go to japan and try it lols.
and i would also like to try this one korean dish, but i forgot whats it called

my mum's always going about truffles (mushroom thing)

and there are heaps of foods i wanna try out... i just cant think of them right now :S haha. i like trying out different cultural dishes and the like ^.^

I've eaten a lot of cultural food, but what I really REALLY want to try is fugo... the full, traditional fugo meal.

Also the turtle meal. (both Japanese special cuisine)

Sad they have to be so rare and expensive...

LOL That's my mom's favorite part of the fish...

She fried some fish up the other day and was all, "this is the best part"

(I don't eat seafood anyway..that makes it worse)

Hmm I've never had authentic Japanese & Chinese (like Szechuan especially I want to try, and those soup dumplings!!!)
Jeez, I've eaten food from so many cultures it's hard to narrow down...
Oh! Durian...I probably won't like it, but I always wanted to try it!

I wanna try a lot of different food.
I want to try traditional food from all the country around the world.
It`ll be a lifetime experience for me; if I get to try all the food of different country.

i want to try bitter melon! My taiwanese friend always talks about how its so bitter and whatnot. it makes me sooo curious to see if its really THAT bitter. hahah

I want to try Miracle Fruit. It disables your sense of sourness, so things like lemon have a whole new taste. Unfortunately I can't find it for sale anywhere... (I'm wary of ordering food online).
