Stupid typhoon I hate you
Why couldn't they do it some other time
Ughhhhh
I can't watch meteor shower on weekends
And I was looking forwards to this episode

So is it confirmed? No meteor shower today? I'm hoping it'll start later

Guys...there are people dying because of the typhoon, people who no longer have homes or shelter, people who's lost their family and friends.

I think helping them is a lot more important than us not watching Meteor Shower for two days.

Plus, Wei Chen and Haoming will be on tomorrow's Super Girls at 10:30pm Beijing time (that episode also has a typhoon theme).

pillowbox, I'm a freshman this year! That's why I've been going out shopping like almost every other day... College seems fun and yet a little scary when you realize you'll be off on your own - unless you're like some of my friends who have gone to like private boarding schools, like Philips Exeter or Andover or whatever.

God, I have the worst luck ever this month. I have been caught like three times in three weeks - either playing games when I'm not supposed to, or watching dramas [like this... which is actually the only thing I'm watching right now]. And then I get caught by my mother who makes me get off the computer because I'm distracting my sister so I don't even have time to sync my iPod with all the converted videos so I can catch up "secretly." Of like my four years of high school I have watched like hundreds of dramas and only gotten caught twice. And this month I get caught three times? It's like getting back at me for not getting caught... and trying to get me caught as many times as possible before I leave for college...

Anyway. The Duanmu & necklace thing also reminds me of that scene in HYD 2 where Makino brings that necklace to Tsukasa and he throws it down the river... Makino runs down to try and find the necklace, and Rui's there too... and all of this is seen by Tsukasa. I don't quite remember the context of this happening, but whatever.

Super tired today... and I have to go tutor someone too in the afternoon... god I hate my job so much. The most boring job ever. But I'm going to rewatch the Dark Knight with my friend tonight, LOL. Ditching this to watch action movies, ROFL.

By the way, what is Soldier's Sortier, cfensi? Like what is it in Chinese, ROFL, maybe I'll recognize it? LOLOL.

EDIT: Oh, and if anyone provides me with nice HQ photos, I could make icons?

Yea I have to agree, the typhoon is more important than watching meteor garden, so I don't mind waiting, no matter how much it's gonna kill me.

Can't wait for tomorrow!!!!! So excited to see the pairing.....except for Ji Jie and Huang Ying....still very skeptical about that one.

So I'm guessing you can't watch dramas unless you watch it with your mom? Is your sister still in high school? These topics are so random.

Btw, many dramas have some sort of necklace scene. What fascinates me is how is someone able to grab a necklace from someone's necklace that easy? sleep.gif I dont know what's happening to me, but first thing I woke up today - stress stress stress. High School is already over and I don't get what I'm stressing out. ughhh.

i agree with brightlight and pillowbox. we can take 2 days off and let some of us (like me) catch up with all the new pages made =]

here's something from the hunan tv website:

basically it's saying that thursday (today), it will be airing the taiwan typhoon charity show. on friday (tomorrow), Super Girls will change to a Taiwan typhoon relieve theme and the cast will sing together. also, cast members from ugly wudi 3 will make an appearance and sing together.

guess we'll have to continue watching meteor shower on sat.

*sigh* I move into res that day in the morning. Guess I'll just have to watch it when someone uploads it.

Haha, I'll be able to experience the frustrations from reading other people's posts/spoilers about the ep without watching it. My blood pressure will be through the roof! xDD

Gaah. *takes out frustration by spamming the AF forum*

Yeah, I have to go about watching my own dramas ninja style. LOL. You know, there's almost a good side to all this because then I won't be so distracted about this so I can practice piano - there are auditions coming up for a scholarship that will give me free private lessons, so that is pretty important. And I'm stressing about my math placement test... I really want to skip this class.... grr!! By the way, when are you moving in? I have to move in next Saturday, so I'm leaving on Friday.

Actually, if the necklace is of crappy quality, if you use a lot of force, it can break the necklace. I've had it happen to me once in like junior high. My friend was holding onto my necklace [like looking at it], but then she fell, and that was the end of my necklace. LOL. You know what's funny, though? Most of the times, in dramas, the guy doesn't know how to put on the necklace on a girl correctly. Like, they completely ignore the hair and go straight down to business - if the hair got caught in the necklace... ouch.

[And I also think I might have broken one of the laptops in my house..................]

To make this more relevant [and because I haven't really gotten further than like the first 10 minutes of episode 16], I wish Yuxun would put her hair down more often. Her hair looks much better that way. No comment about the hair accessories, ROFL.

Don't stress about math placement test, you can probably do it in your sleep. I didn't miss a single question on it. They give you two hours, and it takes like 40 minutes max.

Oo really? That's sucks. How did that happen.

Agree about the hair. She looks alot better with it down, don't know why she doesn't keep it down more often. And she looks really good in her normal short hair as well actually.

Wow... 99 pages... This is amazing. haha. and I don't completely think this 2 day break is a horrible thing, but I just wish we would have known a little in advance... It's worse when you have your hopes built up, especially with the previews yesterday and then, when the show doesn't start, your hopes crushed.

Also isn't it a tad ironic that there is no lag on TVU today? sleep.gif It's working very smoothly, ahha.

your piano skills must be amazing. I regret quitting flute D: ahaha, ninja style. I remember sneaking onto computer when I was younger, but my mother actually supports the idea that I watch dramas .. if it doesn't get in the way of my studies that is. Apparently, she thinks it's quite educational and I have to admit it's kind of true. Oh, I'm actually staying at home because the school isn't very far from my house. And I'm trying to save more money since my brother will also be going off to college next year. Great.

Agreed. Yuxun needs to put down her hair more. Haha, you know when she grabs her ponytail and slightly moves it to the front, it reminds me of girls in ancient dramas when they're preparing to fight. Sometimes, I do think some hair accessories in China are a bit cheesy for my taste.

Btw, does anyone still want me to download <Behind the Story>, the episode with MS casts?

LOL, but for my math placement test it's for a higher level math class. There's like an all-around math placement test, and then there are further tests for like higher math classes. Yeah.. major freaking out here, especially since I don't remember the material as well [I took the class like two years ago... eek.]

The problem is... my entire family watches Chinese dramas together. And my dad has like the final say about what we watch. Which is why I have to ninja-watch stuff on my own, LOL. I think originally I started out watching like Korean dramas and now it's like pretty much anything. Our "family drama watching time" is supposed to be the extent of its educational-ness. LOL. If my dad were to know about this [well he did know when I got caught], he would say something like, "How is watching that type of stuff educational? If you wanted to improve your Chinese, read books. I know you have no problems understanding Chinese." Which I do [read books]. LOL. Though I could argue that watching Chinese-subbed Korean dramas or Japanese dramas arguably increase my Chinese reading skill, because sometimes those subtitles skim across the screen like no other.

The hair accessories Yuxun has remind me of the gaudy hair accessories that Chaegyeong had in Goong. Well, her and her gaudy group of friends. At least in the beginning, before she had a decent fashion sense, LOL.
