i don't know any specific brands/models but there are cameras with swivel screens and stuff so you can see the picture while you take it

Also some phones have a front camera that'll let you see yourself on the screen while taking pictures
& Some phones have a reflector on the back right near the camera lens which is basically like a tiny mirror so you can see yourself in it and what the picture of yourself is going to look like in it while you take the picture
