I have a canon SD870IS and i've been using it for a long time already. usually I use the sandisk SD/SDHC card and i just take pictures/videos and it uploads fine on my laptop. Recently I bought an 8 gb Kodak SDHC memory card. I used about 4-5 GBs

ALL the pictures/videos can be viewed/watched when the memory card is in the camera. When I put the memory card in my laptop, all the pictures/videos can be seen except for the last few. When I click on it, it says the image is corrupt or damaged. When I put it back in the camera, it can be viewed perfectly.

What can I do to fix this??? I really need those pictures/videos!

Can you try to transfer with your camera?

Sadly, it is possible that the card is defective and it ruined some of your pictures.... but lets hope you can just transfer with your camera instead of your card reader.

try connecting the comp directly to your camera and see if that works out
