Does anyone have any experience with this program?

I'm a student from America and want to apply for a year or a summer in Korea. I heard about this program through my tutor and it sounded really interesting. She was in the program for Japan for a while and told me me it's a good program. Is there anyone who had experience joining this program? I really want to more about it.

I don't have any experience on the actual studying overseas programs, but I've hosted a student through YFU. If you've got any specific questions I'd be glad to try and answer them. I've looked at a lot of different programs over the past couple of years and I've tried to find as much information I can, so I'd be willing to help. You can post it here or PM me. ^^

I was with the program this past summer in Japan. You can PM me if you have any specific questions. I personally think that YFU is a very organized and great program. It provides students with lots of really good scholarship oppurtunities unlike other programs. If you want to know more about study abroad programs and experiences and such you should check out cultures-shocked.com

My friend Joe is an exchange student from Thailand. If you have any questions, I can forward them to him. =]

He says it's really well organized, and like... he feels safe and he knows he can always reach people. So that's good.
