3rd World Adoption. Don't worry, i'm not going to adopt a child just yet. I'm still fully under aged.

Background:

I know there are a lot of good, and positive reasons why a child should be adopted from a 3rd world country. For one reason, it helps them with better education, and it provides them with good housing or much better food. Not only does it help the adopted kid with education, food, and housing; having them experience the life of living as a child in a better country with parents, is a extremely big point for 3rd world adoptions.

Now for main point:

But the answer i really need are the negative, or bad points of '3rd World adoption'. What are the 'cons' of having 3rd world Adoptions?
Why shouldn't we have 3rd World Adoptions?

I'm actually doing an essay for my English teacher, and i chose to do this topic. I'm actually having a hard time trying to oppose, 'the reason why we shouldn't have 3rd world adoptions' even though i agree that we should. I still think that there should be a limit to it. I really want to have people opinions about this 'why we shouldn't have 3rd world Adoptions' and use it in my essay to persuade.

One possible negative is a potential of identity issues later in life (particularly if the family that adopted them is of different ethnicity/race). I probably don't want to elaborate as its a sensitive topic (of race and ethnicity) and don't to get flamed.
