like when you're going to turn on your phone it just stops at lgkf350. mine did.
the first time it happened it was still under a 3 day exchange policy so I got a new phone.
2nd time, I was under normal warranty, meaning they had to take it back, ship it to hong kong to fix it.
those of you who had the phone, do you share the same experience as well?
or did u find and alternative, hopefully? (:
the guy at the store told me to buy a universal charger, and it doesn't do that anymore,
but I dunno,
have any of you guys had this and come up with a solution?

The first time mine was still under a 1 week exchange policy. So i got my handset exchanged.
The second time i had to bring it to the service centre in my country to get it fixed.
The guy told me that it was the phone program's error, and that he upgraded it for me already.
So far no problems yet though.
Quite a few people i know have this same problem too :/

lots of people had the same problem too,
when I went to give it to the store to get it fixed,

I'm not exactly sure what happened, but I deleted the one text message it kept doing it on & it was okay after there.
hope it doesn't do any more crazy things D:

just another problem is that sometimes i find that the phone will shut down by itself. there's once when the battery was fully recharge, i pulled out that plug and 'poof', its off. i have no idea y.
another fact is that my screen is a lil bit tilted to the left. i ask the service centre to fix it but they told me that they checked on other unit that it happens. i doubt that. lg's qc wouldn't be that low, is it????

whoa?
the screen tilted a bit to the left?
that's strange,,, o.o
I actually got my phone from an asian mall in canada,
I don't think it's from malaysia though..
I'm still waiting for them to "fix" or "upgrade" it or whatever -o-

this is the first time i've seen a phone with a tilted screen but i'm too lazy to send it back.
unless this phone explodes or something, or else i'm just gonna compromise.
but to those of u who are planning to get this phone, check the screen. see if it is tilted.
it happened to my unit and there're possibilities some units have the same problem too.
so check it....^^

Where can we get the software update?
Can we do it ourselves?
