I'm so annoyed today! I FEEL SO CHEATED! arghkihafi;h 62 pounds for one album~ i'll try cdjapan next time -____-
That is what they called
custom duties/tax. It doesn't matter where you buy it from (HMV Japan, CD Japan or Amazon.co.jp), if an item that you bought overseas fit the bill (cost more than a certain amount), the custom will charge for it. Every country has a different limit for that, for my country, only item cost less than 50USD (as stated on the custom document attached with the package) is free of custom, if it cost more, than I have to pay for a certain amount of money for that (the custom tax depends on the type of item).
That is why you should asked your custom office/post office about it before buying anything from overseas ^^. That way, you will be prepared for this extra cost

.
-edit-Speaking of "under my skin" idiom, this is what it actually mean (for those who are still unsure about it ^^):
1. Irritate someone, as in
She really knows how to get under my skin with her nagging. This expression no doubt alludes to burrowing or stinging insects that cause itching or similar skin irritations. [Late 1800s]
2. Obsess someone or affect someone's deep feelings, as in
Jean's really gotten under his skin; he misses her terribly. Cole Porter used this sense in his love song, "I've Got You Under My Skin" (1936).

. I'm glad that they're bringing English language expert, even though I honestly think that they should have done that earlier (before actually banning the song without fully understanding the meaning of the lyric)
