does anyone know here what program to use so that i can out hardsubbed subtitles to a video.
i am thinking of some project for my mom and i nedd hardsubbed subtitles for it the problem i dont know what to programe to use.

some people use virtualdub for hardsubbing... but yeah, i personally don't know how to do it. there's also windows media maker if you want...it's fairly simple to use
