I was embarrassed if a couple of things...

- My ridicious mustache.

I always looked younger than what I was, so all throughout my high school year I grew this horrible mustache. dry.gif

My dad is old.

This is more when I was in elementary... my dad had me when he was in his fourties. So I used to tell people that was my grandpa. rolleyes.gif

I'm sure there's more...what are some of yours?

My mom kisses me on the cheek whenever she dropped me off at school until I was like 13. In front of everyone, that was so embarrassing. blush.gif

I understand where you're coming from XD My mom had me when she was in her early-mid forties and my dad in his late forties. But I wasn't really embarrassed since many of the kids around me at the time also had parents who was around the age of my parents as well smile.gif

Growing up, my first name was what embarrassed me most. I went by my middle name and that's what people called me but when people saw my first name they'd start teasing me because they thought it was funny. Now I'm just annoyed when people tease me of my name or call me by my first name just to tease me. I mean, if they were calling me by my first name our of sincerity I wouldn't mind biggrin.gif

My MOM!
I remember back then she would always tell my relatives these embarrasing things that happened.
Whenever I came out of the room she would point at me and tell them I was the daughter that did this or that.
She would just laugh about it...
It was sooo mortifying.

i was embarrassed of my dresses. my mom would always make me wear a dress (or something girly) to school all throughout the second grade.
being a tomboy, i really didn't like wearing dresses and maryjane shoes. but now i regret not liking it; my mom had made every single one.

i could've been more appreciative.

In the morning my mom would wait in the car a block away for the school bus to pick me up. The other kids would always wonder who that "strange lady" was. haha

I wore headgear at one point in my life...but luckily it was only at night at home.

And a few times, my mom wouldn't be able to find my brother after school (she picked me and my brother up) and she would always end up finding him at the library, then making a BIG scene by screaming and yelling at him in front of all his friends outside. Pretty embarassing for me, as well.

I moved to the neighborhood I am living in now back in the summer before grade 3.

I came from a highly Jewish community and my sibling and I were the only Asians in the entire school.

I was embarrassed as a child who seemed to have nothing like the spoiled Asian kids in the town I live in now.

The reason being that they had all those cute pencil cases, notebooks, etc, when I didn't have any of them.

My parents spoil my siblings and I differently from most families, so I remember how I wanted to have them, but I never got them.

My grandma walking with me the bus stop in middle school. Most people walked by themselves at that age. Now I wished she was here to walk with me to the bus stop now.

My hairy arms. My brothers used to call me hairy scary monster..scarred me for like. I'm still kinda embarrassed of them.

I was embarrassed at how I'm a girl and I have a lot of hair (on my arms and etc).

Actually, I still am of that fact.

It makes me feel even worse when some of my guy friends compare my arm with theirs which has less/no hair. ;_;

I had no inhibition as a child which is very strange because I am absolutely paranoid and insecure about everything now =/.
