Hey everyone, this is a strange request, but id really like some ideas from the rest of you

Me and my boyfriend are attending an anime convention in London this year and i already know im cosplaying as Misa Amane from death note, but i cant think of any anime character my boyfriend could play without too much hassel with hair and costume?

Hes quite tall, slim, LONG dark brown hair below the shoulder

Id really appreciate any ideas, pictures would be helpful
Ive probably missed a ton of characters but no cool ones came to mind
(note - not too much styling with the hair if possible, and no weapons to carry about as i plan on buying a LOT of merchandise )

If he doesn't mind cutting his hair a bit Light from DN would be perfect, you guys would match lol. There aren't that many male long hair characters though... unless he's willing to crossplay o_o Mikami is the only long hair anime character I know, however his hair isn't brown but I guess you don't have to be exact. Sorry I wasn't much help! >.<

Yeah i did think of Light seeing as im going to be playing Misa but hes not really Light Yagami material, .. also Light doesnt have much of a distinguishable outfit unlike Misa or L, Lights main features are his hair and eyes (imo), both of which arnt acheiveable lol.

Well I know there's Yoji from Weiss Kreuz who has long hair. Although if there was a character that he'd enjoy playing but didn't want to cut his hair, wigs are always an option.

How about Kaname from Vampire Knight?

He had long brown hair and I think if your boyfriend wears a similiar uniform to Kaname he will be distinguishable.

It'd be cute if he cosplay Light too, since he has long brown hair then perhaps get a wig. He's probably the simplest to cosplay (besides L haha). People would recognise him if he wears a light brown suit, white shirt, red tie, carry a death note book or apple.

I can't think of any other "simple" characters he could cosplay... since cosplay does get very expensive ><
