how does applying work if you are a citizen of one country but you never went to school there but you went to school in the US? would you apply as an international student or what?

i was born in korea but i grew up in the US ever since i was 3 so basically i didn't go to school in korea. but i was looking at Seoul National University's website & in the english version it says that you can only apply if you are a non-Korean citizen..

does that mean that i'll have to apply just as any highschooler would do in korea? cus thats not fair.. then i'll never get in.

by the way, whats the 2nd & 3rd best college/university in korea?

yonsei is one of the top colleges in korea and that's where i want to attend. i think it's the third school?

i don't know much about the stuff you're talking about up there... O_O;;; but i'm pretty sure that most colleges nowadays has a study abroad program to korea and other countries too.

she wouldnt need a study visa cuz she's a korean citizen.

i think you should give them a call or an e-mail- applying as a "korean high-schooler" is pretty much impossible for you cuz you need to take the korean college entrance exam (soo-neung?), which you obviously cant take in the US. plus the school year starts in feb in korea while we end in may, so the time is all weird

also the other top colleges are yonsei and koryo-
