im around 18-19 ish. ahha i used a measuring tape like the construction worker type one.

18 inches isnt fat guys. its like slim/average.
i used to be 18 inches but then i started exercising again and now im 21 but i dont think its all muscle.
frankly, id like my thighs to be about 16 inches. but as long as i become more healthy and gain muscle, ill be ok.

oh man...do i want to share? lol. i'm 5'5", 118lbs, thighs are 20.5inches (i used to be thicker lol)... after working out for almost a month, i feel it getting firmer and less jiggly

5'2'' and 19.5''. i don't think my legs look fat perse, but i'm one of those unfortunate people who have that jiggly inner thigh part which sort of touches when you walk that part is 1.5'' thicker than the majority of my thigh >< ideally i'd like it to be around 17''.

i like measured right in the middle and it was like 13.5...but then i measured at like the thickest part [on the top] and it was like 16
