Upload Failed On Youtube an error occured?..help

Its been a week and after an almost hundreds of trial on uploading my videos "Upload Failed: an error occured" is the ending mof all of my efforts. Can someone help me on uploading videos on youtube because swear I'm getting so frustrated with this failing thing. Help is very much appreciated. tears.gif

last night i was having trouble just watching videos because of their server. Maybe they're doing some things with their server?
