[solved] Zen Mp3 Problem Thankyou! <3

Hey everyone,

I just got my Creative Zen Mp3 and the computer won't recognize it! What do I do?

I tried locating it in the device manager, but I can't find it. I upgraded to Windows Media Player 11 and it won't work.

Do you have Vista?

Does the mp3 turn on at all?

My Sandisk won't work with my brother's vista.

this happened to both my zen stone and my friends zen... forgot what we did about it though... just search around, its quite a common problem

songbird: mp3 turns on, and i have xp
andyroxs: really? i tried myzenchecker- but then i can't downgrade from sp2 to sp3 for some reason and i think i would lose all my files,etc

what to do?
