yeah as the title suggest, can anyone help me on this? i have seen many fan forums posting this type of screenshots. i have no idea how they do it though. what programme did they use?

The person who took that screenshot was using Media Player Classic, in which case all they need to do is go to File -> Save thumbnails.

Try googling Image Grabber II. It's free and it's real useful too.

Try VLC media player
they can take snapshot but does not include the time
