-what grade your in: Technically I'm still in 12th since I haven't received my diploma yet, but I've already graduated basically.

-type of school: My first two years I went to a regular public high school. My last two years, I went to a...I don't know what to call it. It's like an independent study course. Oh, wait, I know--it's those schools that kids who have been in juvenile hall/ditching constantly/pregnant/all of the above usually go to. I just went because I was tired of going to public high school everyday and dealing with my unacknowledged ADD. I wanted to move out of the house ASAP as well.

-what time you get up: When I went to a regular public high school, it was 7:40 everyday when class started at 7:55-8:00 but I lived very close. When I went to the independent study course, I only went twice a week and could go pretty much anytime between 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., excluding the lunch hours of course--and that basically means I could wake up whenever I wanted to. My teacher was lenient, so I'd often take advantage of that because I'm a horrible person. BEFORE anyone thinks this is a luxury, trust me: it isn't. Don't even try to be condescending with me and assume you know everything about what's good for me because you're an immature, self-righteous, closeminded dolt who thinks I'm lazy. I think I need to stop staying up so long.

-how you get to school/how you get home: Both schools, my mom drove me.

-what time school starts/what time school ends: For public school, it was basically 8 in the morning to 2:40 in the afternoon. I already explained what the hours were for the independent study school.

Anyone reading this post and considering going to an independent study thing, I suggest not to. It's not worth it unless if you're getting bullied at school or have VERY severe ADD. Or pregnant.

-how many classes you have a day/how long: For public school, it was the general six periods, along with lunch; each an hour long. With the independent study course, I usually just met with my teacher (it wasn't even a teacher, since I taught myself pretty much all the schoolwork) for ten or more minutes (if I had to take tests, I had 45 minutes at the most because I went on my mom's lunch break).

-favorite class/least favorite class: Most favorite class in public school was English. I just love it, even though I don't have the attention span for it. My least favorite subject was P.E. For the independent study, I loved pretty much any class that was super easy and hated--and I mean absolutely HATED--the homework that required a lot of reading since it's not my strongest skill (I'm not illiterate, I just have a hard time reading a page without me ending up staring at a bowl of peas).

-what you do when you get home: Public school, I either called my best-friend at the time, played video games and relaxed. When I had independent study, I became a shut-in. The only reason why I'd come out of my room is to go to the bathroom, eat, etc. I didn't do homework all the time because I had no motivation to graduate so soon, but eventually when I had something waiting for me in a better place (NOPE, not college), I left.

-when you do your homework/study: Public school, I never did. You could call me lazy because everyone else has (no, don't, I'll murder you and your family while you're sleeping), but I just...I don't know, I don't want to say I have this or that illness because it's like I'm using the easy way out, or using some kind of scapegoat.

-what time you go to bed: Public school, it could be from 11 a.m. to not at all. Same thing with independent although I was more liberal with my sleeping schedule since I didn't really have anything to wake up for.
