"This is a standard raw tuna (poke) salad served in most Hawaiian homes. Although unconventional, it is sure to please the more adventurous seafood lovers. Be sure to use fresh tuna for the very best flavor, although fresh frozen tuna will produce acceptable results."

I love eating this along with Tako Poke. Whose with me?

Very awesome stuff. I'd take it over any sushi any day. I have a few relatives that are from Hawaii and when we all worked at the sushi place here they made it for me. Its very good stuff. They say back where they came from the best place for them was at some place in the market by North shore. I hope I get to go visit my relatives so I can eat some super fresh Tuna Poke.

I know that my dad usually buys it at a local seafood grocery. But homemade ahi poke is the best.

I've no clue if you can find this at sushi restaurants. It's possible since ahi poke is a standard raw tuna salad. I know for sure that they have it at Hawaiian restaurants.
