Got A "cheat Day" For Your Diet

So some diets have a cheat day where a day you get to eat unhealthy for a meal. Do you do it or are you all strict all the time to your diet?

I have it but it's not a regular cheat day like always Sundays or always Mondays. I've found I'm on top of my diet about 9/10 days but sometimes there's just that day when nothing's going right and you just want some french fries or ranch dressing or Chinese takeout to make it all go away. I take that free day when I really need the comfort food haha but I usually hold it together pretty well! Also, my boyfriend takes me out to eat about once a month (we're poor, poor students but he always takes me to the fanciest places when we do manage to go out) and that day is always a free day!

Yea I agree with rachilde, I only take it when I really need it. Aside from that I'm rather
strict on what I eat.

Yup. My cheat days are usually once every few weeks though. And typically that's when I stuff myself and eat my friend's leftovers XD

Yeah, I used to have a regular cheat day (Fridays), but I think I gradually phased out of it. Now I just have a cheat day every once in a while when I go out with friends or if I really want something.

These days I probably do 2 cheat meals a week. Not days, meals. I'm pretty much use to eating plain boring food so it doesnt bother me much.

my cheat days are usually fridays or whenever i make good grades on my exams. then, i treat myself to a yummy meal and ice cream or gelato smile.gif

Haha that sucks... I'd rather live to eat than eat to live. (does that make sense??) I exercise mainly so I can eat what I want, but I generally eat very healthy, I think, and actually enjoy what I eat. Sometimes when I feel like I need a "cheat day," I pig out, but only with food that people generally see as healthy. I just eat lots of it.

Yeah, every Sunday I work at a restaurant and I usually eat whatever I want there for lunch and snacks.

well i do have cheat days but its more like drinkin days cuz i mainly eat healthy food and in small portions but only thing bad about my diet is the alcohol ><

i def. need cheat days in my diet! otherwise i go through major withdrawal and go on crazy binges. one cheat day a week is usually good for me. it keeps me motivated...heheheheh
