I got a new nano and being the mp3 noob that I am (yes, this is my first ever mp3 player) i didn.;t know how to manually put in songs that i wanted and delete the songs that were automatically synced in already. I don't know what I did but I did something and now all the song lists are still there but the file itself aren't there. do you now what i mean? i can't manage anything. i can't sync anything, i can't delete anything. the list of songs are still there and it still took up some space but they do not play in my ipod. i'm upset and i don't know how to fix this unless if i restored by downloading the factory's restore program but my internet connection sucks, it's been 2 hours since i've been downloading! help
