I have an assignment in pe class... I have to come up with 10 examples each of the five steps of the Exercise Pyramid. They are
-Reduce Inactivity (hehe as if... soompi > pe LOL)
-Muscle Strengthening
-Vigorous Activity
-Moderate Intensity Activity (eg gardening, swimming, cardio machine)
-Daily Physical Activity (eg walking to class xD)
