Should You Eat Before You Do A Heavy Cardio Reigment

Like boxing swimming and running combined ? Is it better to eat like an hour before you exercise or is it better to exercise like that on a empty stomach.

my dad always told me not to do anything heavy right after having a meal
and i didn't listen to him so i had appendicitis...
and i had to get my appendix removed coz
it hurt a lot.

it depends on the sports cuz i dont know where i heard it from but if you eat like fruits and stuff before you do nething active then you get extra energy from sugar and whatnot.

eat about 2 hours before working out. don't eat a heavy meal, eat some protein (a small rice bowl), yogurt, or oatmeal.

Personally, I eat till i'm full before any type of workout. Carbs and proteins.
Up to you though. Some people don't like feeling full, some do.

what would you burn if you don't eat? Eat 2 hours before your workout and drink lots of water. That's what my cardio teacher said.

Yes eat, but eat lightly and eat clean. An apple and a banana no sooner than 30 min before your workout will be amazing.

Yes, but don't eat a lot. Light and lealthy, personally I always eat 1 or 2 bananas before cardio, then have real food after the hard work tongue.gif!
