Prunes and Prune Juice, or Akai berry juice all seem to do it.

anything high in fiber! eat lots of vegetables, whole grains, etc.

Wait....but fiber just makes your poop more, er, healthy right, it doesnt *make* you poop like she's asking XD Cuz, my friend ate 6 plantain bananas once and then got very very constipated.....too much fiber I guess x) ......

I heard drinking Aloe is a natural laxative!

Lettuce/Cabbage/ is VERY good. Basically anything vegetables and fruits. Especially bananas

My doctor reccommends that I eat an apple a day for pooping. It works well but I fricking hate apples now sleep.gif

Citrucell is a nice alternative for those who doesn't have time to eat but would rather drink fiber to get the job done.

It comes in Orange flavor so it kinda tastes like Tang.
