But, most likely, he could probably just stare to see if you look at him,
or, just, playing with you.

And same here, that staring thing happens to me too. But I dont give a damn.
I can't be stuffed trying to figure these things out anymore. I'm just like over it now. If he like you, then he likes you.
bleh, sorry, that's all i have to say

Unless he actually says he likes you, then that's one thing to consider.
But it does give you that 'wheee~~woohooo~~~' feeling, eh?

If you are sitting in a big group (like a class) and you think he looks at you, he might be looking at the person behind you, or in front of you, or a painting above you. Either way, it's gonna look like he's looking at you.
Same goes for the walking pass him thing. It might look like he is looking at you (since you arent turning your head to see if hes really looking) but he actually is not.
Even if he was staring at you, it could mean something else. You have something on your face. You look weird. "So that's her?". You're kinda cute. You're pretty.
Lol, I'm not trying to put you down here, just stating the possibilities. You should go talk to him if you like him ^^

j/k
but it could be you never know. Only way to find out is to talk to him casually. If he responds back like he actually wants to talk to you then you have your answer
good luck

you see sometimes people might suddenly turn their eyes on you for no reason then suddenly you look back at him/her then you think that
he/she was staring at you,,,, bottom line maybe he just suddenly look at you.
actually that happened to me once or more
i suddenly turn my head on this guy(a close one) then he teasingly asked me "ARE YOU STARING AT ME?" and i was like "NO"

i've been in situations like this,
but then again.. staring is normal. if you're aware or have an interest in that person,
you sometimes seem to notice things in a different way
maybe you're looking at him,
and he looks back at you,
wondering 'why the heck is she looking at me' xD
ahaha idk. is staring the only thing you notice from him ?

i space out alot, and i always look at a particular space (shaded, blue carpet wall. very comforting).
then people assume i like this guy who sits near the spot i stare at.
i don't think the fact he stares at you is necessarily sign that he is interested in you.

happened to my friend... well... she was doing the staring, but it was like the type of staring when you unfocus and stuff... and later the guy goes up to her and askes if she liked him coz she was staring at him... and she was so confused coz she didnt notice who she was 'staring' at lol!
but anyways... back to the main point... its kinda 50/50 chance thing. like, he could like you, or it could just be coincidence.

I do that too, I assume things, which... I have to stop. haha.
but yeah, like what everyone else has been saying, it could mean lots of things.
I look at the person I'm interested in all the time, but I sneak looks.
it could mean he's interested, OR he could just be spacing out.
but either way, good luck with it!

I remember when we kissed, I still feel it on my lips.
the time that you danced with me, with no music playing.
