-_________- his tone really made me sad for the rest of the day....because i liked my long hair and because most of my friends dont have long hair. from then on, i was just plain sad. thankfully, he was there to comfort me....SUPRISINGLY. he was all "are u sad that u cutted ur hair?"(i told him i cutted my hair becuz of my cousin's beauty salon test). then to end that question....he said "its okay *rub my back. i've always liked ur long hair but ur new hair is also growing to me, the same way u are to me =] " (now where did he get that quote from...LOL)
SORRY FOR THE LONNNGGG STORY. my question is.......have u ever done something JUST for a guy or a girl? and for guys, do u guys REALLY prefer short hair over long hair? LOL! (sorry, im still learning! lol)

you should NEVER have to change yourself because of someone you like. if they don't like you for who you are and what you look like initially, then what the hell is the point? you're just changing yourself to fit THEIR standards but then you lose the idea of your own self.
if the guy doesn't like you just cuz you don't have short hair, he is one shallow beezy. and you just downgraded yourself for falling into what he wants. you just made yourself sad and what if he doesnt end up going out with you? its a lose-lose situation my dear.
next time, leave your hair alone. tell him he can shove one up his arse... instead of you being all sad cuz you lost your long locks for a douche like him.

its more of a physical appearance.. like say... clothes? maybe a girl has a certain style but the guy says he likes something else... if the girl goes and buys a whole lotta clothes she doesn't even like just for the guy, that's just plain stupid and a waste of time and money...

seriously. I plan to grow my hair up to the butt area.
long, sleek, jet black.
trying to go for the mafia japanese girl look.
pwahar.
but then again, your story worked well and if I've always wanted to shave my head.
why? because it's refreshing
maybe when I get married and I know for sure that my hubby loves me even if
I look like a bald eagle.
otherwise, whatever, growing my hair mad long and then possibly donating it.

lol yep, i agree with you X_X;
i don't think he would like you just because of your hair.
if he did only like you cuz you now have short hair...
that's.. weird LOL. cuz people have types and such..
but unless your new hair makes you look a lotttt better,
i doubt he'd see anything in you that he didn't see before?
it's definitely not worth it.. x.x;
would you really be happy if he liked you now with your short hair? lol.
i'd be kinda like "wth" cuz technically, it's not the 'real you'
since you liked your long hair and only cut it for him.
but meh, it's been done & now you have to live with it haha.
but, i hope you don't mind your short hair XD lol.

my ex-bf liked girls with semi-short hair.
I cut a crapload of my hair off when we started "talking".
Looked terrible for prom and senior pictures D: but at least I got him XD
Now I have long hair again, but for cereal... never again. Unless I'm just totally bored with my hair...o.o;;
But hey, at least there's a bright side of this for you =D
He said such a cute/cheesy line LOL

I wouldn't do that for a guy. It's so silly to me.
