does any one in chicago have the lg ice cream?
how's the reception?

and if you're not in chicago--
hows the phone?
i'm kind of "ehhh" about it
because i've seen so many people saying
that it freezes on like.. the second week!
and a handful of people have been saying that
they can't get any recpetion :TTTTT

I got my phone yesterday in the mail and so far...LOVE IT

I just bought a 2GB card cause my 8GB card wasn't working with the phone...guessing it doesn't support it.
I've been downloading ringtones for it.
I have great reception!

and it depends on your service but both t-mobile and at&t have great coverage in big cities...esp. chicago.

im from chicago...i got my phone off of ebay and i was scared it was going to freeze or something....ive had it for a week and a half..i love it!!!!!!!! there was the one time it did freeze and i turned it off and turned it back on but after that i never had any other problems...i have tmobile and the reception is really gooooood.i used to have the tmobile samsung touch phone and had horrible reception so i was really surprised to have bette reception with a phone that is unlocked....but no problems for me..and really like the phone...

i was like you, and i was VERY iffy.
but i gave in - and i got it.

so far it's been almost a month, i got it like the first week of feb.
and it hasn't hanged ONCE.

i don't live in chicago, actually a rather much smaller city.. hehe
but i use t-mobile, and i have GREAT GREAT GREAT coverage.
even better than my other t-mobile plan phones..

it does freeze, there is absolutely no problem with the reception i have tmobile and live in the northside of chicago,
but i think its the phone's fault, had it for about a year now and eh, i can't even tell you how much i had to restart it cause the text messages wouldn't send. i would have to start it over then.
nonetheless, it's a really really pretty phone. LOL
