but maintaining your health means you have to stray away from pizza, fried chicken, ice cream, pasta.. the list just goes on! seems like all the tasty food happens to be bad for your health lol.
so basically the question is.. would you rather eat whatever you want and drooling for and gain weight from it, or stick away from the yummy food and eat your veggies to maintain/gain an attractive body?
[i just wanna know how you guys feel, cause when i was getting back into shape it was hell and suffering to not be able to eat what i wanna lol]

also - i know its tough cause most overweight people are probably not happy about themselves... but getting to be able to eat whatever you want to is what i'm trying to say.
