i want to know because i am taking my first SAT in January 28th (getting highly nervous about it) and i've heard different stories about which ones people did the best. some said their first one, some said their second one.

People generally do better on the SATs the second time around. At least I did. That is because the first time, you don't know what to expect. The second time, things are famillar. Also the second time gives you an idea of your strengths and weakness, so you know what to expect. I find that I was much faster and calmer the second time than the first.

I haven't taken the SAT more than once yet, but my friend told me she's done the best on her SATs the 2nd time (out of 3 total).

I was really nervous and didn't quite know what to expect the first time, so I got 1160, but the second time I took it, I felt a lot better so I got close to a 1300.

I'm done with SATs, and for me, I did the best the first time.

it really depends on luck somtimes, but usually people do better as they take more

i took the SAT three friggin times and believe it or not, i did the best on my first time overall which is just sad.
