get one size bigger and get it altered to fit your body shape.

Since when was starving the ideal alternative for fitting into clothes? Clothes should fit you, not the other way around. +1 Bunny.

I agree with brusky.

that's a normal part of the dress that is always difficult to zip but don't think that you have to lose weight just for that. you're a size 1/2, if you lose some, you'll be thin air. I mean if you do pilates/yoga just keep doing it.

i dont think you can. fat isnt really stored there so u cant really make ur upper or lower back smaller. if you do anything to work it out, stop. things such as pulling doors, etc. As for the width or you shoulders and back, ur stuck with that for life because its your skeletal structure.

Get a size up and if it's still too big, get it altered. mellow.gif You're already quite thin...

Btw, you know sizes tend to vary between brand to brand, and even within the same brand. If you don't fit into your normal size, it doesn't mean you're fat. sleep.gif
