I want to lose weight but I don't want it to interfere with my studies, what can I do?
Also, is it better to exercise in the morning before breakfast, or after school or after dinner time?
Also, how do I get the calories I eat back up again without weight gain and lose body fat in the process?
I hope you guys can answer my questions, thank you in advance

~ bring your own food to school and also make sure they are healthy - - you will save money plus at least you know you are eating healthy food.
~ plan it - - - do a journal and add your schedule...find which times are the best for you to workout and all
~ you can do some walking around school if you have some time to spare before classes
what i learned from nutrition class **and dozens of books/magazines i read** that it doesnt matter what time you workout...finding a convenient time for you to do so...and i really dont believe that working out in an empty stomach is very beneficial...they say that if you do it...it will burn from stored fat~ but honestly, energy comes from the food we eat and thats the first source where our body relies...and if there's no food...it actually gets energy from stored protein or muscles plus muscles help to burn fat...if you clearly start allowing to get eaten away....it will be harder to lose stored fat.
just find the right time for you to do so...if you want to exercise in the morning...make sure not to do so in an empty stomach...eat something like a banana or milk....and exercise after 30 minutes ...that is much better. if you want it in the evening....dont do it too late though
do it consistently...like i said...make a schedule and find the time for you to do your workout and stay consistent. plus even small things like walking around the campus or taking the stairs instead of the elevator can really add up to burning calories than doing nothing at all.
