i have followed everything!
I keep getting the javascript/flash error: shown here!

but i've already installed and uninstalled adobe many times! and i've
also tried the tools > internet options > security > custom level ..
enabling the scripting button already!

is there any way to make it work? im really lost!!

I'd like to know... It happened all of a sudden? Like you didn't install anything and you suddenly can't watch that video on youtube?
Have you tried other videos to see if you can watch them?
You have Norton? Since there are ads in some videos sometimes, there may be some possibilities that something blocks them, which causes the video to not be able to load. And when a video can't be played (because of something blocking it), the only error that Youtube has for that is the blah blah micromedia flash blah blah... which is an error that totally has nothing to do with the real problem.
But if you didn't install anything recently or didn't change any settings, but it happens so suddenly after watching over 2,658 videos ( from your account
), then it could be... hmmm... lalala...
I believe you have already tried to clear the cache and cookies...
If you could answer my questions, it would help me to have less possibilities in mind.
