Share with fellow soompiers your weight loss success by posting your before and after pictures. i don't know about many of you guys but whenever i hear/see a weight loss success story i feel even more inspired to loose weight. i guess its one of those "It CAN work" kind of thing hahahah
in fact it doesn't even have to be success, just post pictures of weight loss, it doesn't matter if it wasn't suceessful or not, heck the fact that you did loose weight is a success already, whether it be .001 pounds or 50 pounds.
