ok so like i asked my guy friend to prom. we didnt really know each other that well at first.
but then he came over to meet my mom cuz she wanted to know who he was. that night we ended up talking till 430am by his car.
then like he hinted to me about like valentines day. and we ended up hanging out together on valentines. and we talked again till 430.
when i got upstairs back to my apartment. he said that he had to tell me something. and he was still waiting for me downstairs.
i asked him if he wanted me to come down but he said no cuz it was late and he just said "the truth is i like you"
i kinda liked him too so i told him. and we went like out on the monday and we watched push and went prom dress looking.
and yah like we hang out almost everyday but he seems like hes hesitant right now.
and idk when or if hes gonna ask. like when he hugs me to leave its like a couple hug and its very warm and seems personal.
then he holds my hand and says bye and leaves.
we text almost all day everyday. we talk on the phone almost everyday till like 4 or 5am
and he always says he wants to spend time with me and see me even though hes super busy.
hes had many times to ask but hasnt yet.

i was wondering from other peoples POV:

what do you think hes waiting for?
do you think well end up dating?
if so when do you think we will?
do you think he'll ask me after prom?

i just want to see what other people think.
all my friends think hes gonna ask but idk cuz hes soo hesitant.

you guys seem pretty young and new at this, but in general, i dont think he is gonna officialy ask you out, i think he expects things to simply be, i think he already sees u as his girl and expect u see him the same way.

to call me shy would be completly wrong, but i remember when i was 12 i was in ur situation and i never actuly asked her out, but we were bf gf for a while. odd yea? hmmm but by the time i was 13 i would just be like hey u wanna be my girl? etc. but to some shy guys i guess that question is a little odd?? maybe? dunno? if he likes u and he doesn't hide it from the general public, then there isn't to much to think about.
