i just recently got a sony CS and im trying to make some recovery discs but it wont let me because the DVD-R im using is not right (?) so does anyone know what disc i should be using

Uhh... Not enough info there... Can you even burn DVDs with that? Maybe it can only burn CDs... CD-R.
