Fact, EVERYTIME Charice performs in the U.S. she gets a standing ovation (if you dont believe me then go search her on youtube)
a LOT of people get goosebumps, teary eyed and there are some articles where people admitted she has been an inspiration to them, other articles say she has actually changed their lives for the better (I am the first one to admit here that she CHANGED my life for the better)

That is why in my opinion, Charice will likely to succeed first before anyone else.

DON'T get me wrong, I think Boa is a great artist and I actually like her, in fact I like all of those Asian artists that were mentioned and they all have their own "unique" talents. I hope THEY ALL get successful in some form or another in the U.S.
