I know this may sound silly/greedy but I would really love to hear from all of you about this topic!
I think I've come to the conclusion tonight that after many years of over eating for no reason, I am officially a binge eater.
Just now, I ate AT LEAST 10 biscuits, for no reason *blush*. I'm not overweight (maybe in the fat mass though :/) and I'm not depressed.
Over-eating out of boredom... Low sugar levels. Or just plain greed o _ O I have no idea!
I was just wondering if this could be considered an eating disorder too?
Do you know any ways in trying to solve it? (Yeah I know I could just PUT THE BISCUITS DOWN before any of you say
Do any of you guys do this?
