i personally do not want to join any clubs because a.) i don't have the time for it b.)there's no club that's interesting enough for me to "fit" in and c.)the lack of motivation. although, it will look good on college applications. so i highly recommend it. it's just not for me i guess. but i do stuff to make up for it. like i play an instrument and do recitals and stuff like that. i guess my only advice is do something that you enjoy and don't force yourself just because it will look good on an application. you can do other things that are more superior and will "awe" colleges.

i think key club, red cross, and interact are just some great clubs that you or anybody should join. you don't really have to know all the people and plus, in red cross i barely know anyone, but the officers are pretty nice and they understand since i'm the only freshmen in that club. you might think you don't have time for it, but really it's only either saturday or sunday. plus, club hour requirements aren't even that much per a semester. all the great bonding. i think volunteering has helped me learn what kind of person i am. and great ways to meet cute guys in the same district/area when there are really big events. all the great riding moments when your club members are driving you. or going out to eat afterwards. & goodie bags(:
but my guess is that if you enjoying meeting new people and helping others, it's really great.

Middle School stuff were so easy that i can be chilling in the class and still have 3.8 or 4.0 GPA Lol

Friends and sports are the 2 main things that i come to school + there are more "drama queens and kings", so thatz makes itz fun... anyway i'm getting my permit next year !!! so excited !!!lol

Hawaii or Florida would be a good place to go for the trip but i don't think my school could handle the amount of money and us..... We might go somewhere near to our place

In year 7, i had a mix of good and bad teachers, in year 8 i had some REALLY bad teachers, my teachers this year....GREAT!

lol. my school is so small that there's hardly any clubs. the only clubs i know that exist are the spanish, african american club, tap dance club, anime club, and the religion club. we don't have key clubs and stuff like that. LOL. that's why i don't do any clubs whatsoever because there's not that much option and i don't really fit in to the categories listed.

anyways, the about the poll, i prefer HS. although it's not really my cup of tea, hs is so much better than MS or ES. i had so much bad memories in MS and i was too dorky during elementary school days so i don't really like it that much lol. if there was another option like "none" i would pick that XD

I'm from Australia, and it's just started term 2!

I relised the other day how different American and Australian schools are!
It's very facinating! > . <

Yeah, but at the end of this term (which i think is.....near the middle of june, i think?) is the middle of the school year, so we have them then.

And then at the end of term 4 (ending at the start of december, so we get Summer/christmas holidays!!), we do our exams again.

because really i think a lot of people nowadays are getting tutoring for EVERY subject.
& i feel like i'm at a disadvantage since i do have a 4.0, but so do those who have tutoring
