I'm just wondering but if u excercise with hoola hoops for a amount of time and how many times, do u actaully lose weight??

You will get a nice waist line and as long as you do other exercises you should get the body you want in no time!

I'm not really sure whether you lose weight or not. My mom usually does it for 25 minutes a day. It helps you lose belly fat and have a better waistline.

well, i don't think it reall helps you lose weight. but it would definitely give you a nice waist line. but that takes time.
i would say do it for like 10-15 mins?
are you using just a normal hula hoop or those ones with little things attached on the inside? lol

well i just letting u kno this ionno if this is right or not but i did try to used hula hoop like long time ago
every single day and my stomach does get smaller but before i use it my stomach is a bit big
but not that big however after i use it it get smaller and i like the result very much
BUT i was getting lazy soo i stop like a long time and i notice that after i stop my stomach stretched
and became even bigger even the hip my hip used to be small only i have some fat in the stomach but hip
is small
then i after i used hula hoop and i stop
my hip and my stomach gets sooo much bigger like it stretched or something
yea soo just letting u kno about my experience with hula hoop im not sur if its my body or becuz of the hula hoop
but ....i think u should try a different thing like treadmills or something
