Uhmm I fell in love with Nongshim Neoguri udon recently.

Can anyone guess what is in the broth that makes it so good? I want to try to recreate it.

Beef stock, garlic, seaweed, fish?

Ew wtf.
Nong Shim Neoguri tastes okay at best.
There are tons more better ones out there!
