bc for skinny..i would say like ..120...
but for average 130-140
Im 5'6 almost 5'7 and i weight like..135 and ppl said i look skinny to average which is a good

I am 5´7´´ too, and personally, I found myself in best shape when I was 135... so I picked 130, but 140 would do too, I guess :X
It´s more a matter of being lean and not flabby than a matter of how many pounds you weight.
With your current weight, if you lose to 150, you´ll look really good... go step by step until you reach a shape you feel comfortable with.

Cause 130 is average for a 5'2 girl so I think that would be skinny for your body.
Just research, fix your lifestyle, and don't push yourself.
If you really want to be sure, ask your doctor about it.

maybe you should do that. that'll tell you how much you should lose. some people think they should lose weight when they're actually okay. its just maybe you might be overweight for your height.

i would say 130-140 would be best for 5'7.

So I'd say a good weight is around 135 pounds. If your frame is smaller (since you're asian), then you could be just a tad lighter.

It all comes down to your bones, like what kind of frame you have. Like, are your bones small, medium, or big?
I'm 5'10" asian girl, but I didn't get the small bones like most asian people. I'm more of a medium build, so I usually stay around 145/150 pounds.
120-135 pounds people? Seriously. @_@
I know 5'4" asian girls that weigh around there and are by no means fat.

It depends _ how skinny do you want to be?
If you want to be like supermodel skinny then I guess 110-120
But if you want a like nice body shape (toned but curvey and slim) then I would say between 120-130

im 5'5 and ~120, imo thats average.
i think a good weight would be around 130-140. but as long as youre gaining muscle and losing fat, the numbers dont matter, right?
