I text all the time. I can't seem to go one day without my phone. Luckily for me, the plan I'm on allows unlimited text to people on the same network, or else I'd work up quite a bill.

its beauty that captures your attention but it's personality which captures your heart...

When I was in university, I'd use texts as they were quieter way of communnicating during class >_> Now that I'm out of school I don't use them anymore so I canceled my text plan.

I usually text my gf and closest friends, but my gf HATES texting....maybe cause her phone is just as oldschool as mines lol. I do prefer hearing her voice though!

I'm not really a big fan of texting. Why text for 5 mins when you can get the conversation over with in 30 seconds talking. Call me old school but I like talking more.

I text mostly close friends and family. If I'm on the go and need to make a quick change to some plans, it's a lot easier to just text meet you at 7 instead of calling and possibly getting into a long conversation, especially if I'm short on time. I don't worry too much about texting fees because I have an unlimited texting plan. Can I say, teen in the house, ha ha! he'll text me from the next room.

I voted occasionally, and to friends to notify change. I get a handle free, then it costs 15 cents or something like that. Eh :S I'm able to survive because I'm a cell data freak... I can use email and msn to substitute texting >< But it's definitely a convenient thing to do.

I blame my previous job on my preference texting then calling someone.
I text occasionally but sometimes I do miss a good ole phone call. Its much faster when making plans with friends or with co workers.

Texting is a great social status tool because you can seem as if you are very much in demand without appearing overly rude by taking a phone call and talking out loud.
